Digital X-Ray & Ultrasound

Radiography and Ultrasound are paramount in veterinary medicine. These imaging modalities are extremely informative and non-invasive, and rarely require sedation or anesthesia.

Radiology is a very useful diagnostic tool in the veterinary hospital. The digital X-ray equipment we have in hospital provides 2-D images in seconds waiting to be reviewed by one of our veterinarians. If an X-ray is suspicious of something that our doctors want to be sure on, our third party radiology consultants are at the touch of a button! We can have a veterinary expert review your pet's photos in as little as 30 minutes.

If you have any other questions about x-rays or ultrasounds, feel free to give us a call and talk to one of our technicians. If you are not a current patient of GMVH but are seeking an ultrasound or x-rays, that can also be arrange with one of our receptionists on the phone.

Ultrasound

Our very own, Dr. Michelle Parker is not only the owner of the practice, but also our ultrasonographer. An ultrasound is a non-invasive diagnostic imaging tool that enables us to see the internal body structures through echos and ultrasonic waves. An ultrasound is different from x-rays in the images it produces. Ultrasounds are also very safe to perform.
