New clients looking to get their pets established with our hospital in a timely manner should call and speak to a receptionist. You can also email our hospital, however please allow us 24 hours to respond.

Preparing for your first visit
We look forward to meeting you and your pet for your first appointment!
If you have not done so yet, please request that your pet's previous veterinary office send any and all medical records to us in advance. They can email to email@example.com or fax to 610-558-0102.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment for the check-in process. If you are a new client, bring along your completed New Client and Patient Form. If you have been a client of ours before, please complete our New Patient Form only and alert the front desk if any of your contact information has changed.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
As a courtesy to other patients waiting for appointments, please call and give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Reception will email the forms to you ahead of time. We ask that you email us the completed forms prior to your appointment. If you have the capabilities to print, you may bring your completed forms with you to the appointment.
